McPherson, Kan. - The Bethel College men's golf team got their spring tournament schedule started as they played in the Bethany College Invitational.  First round was played at the Salina Elks Country Club and second round was at Turkey Creek Golf Course in McPherson.  

The wind played a major role in the scores on both days and head coach Gregg Dick said, "It was not a good tournament."  

Results were:

Jordan Esau - 77, 80 = 157 for 11th place

Abram Rodenberg - 85, 85 = 170

Eric Regier - 90, 83 = 173

John Reimer - 92, 83 = 175

Ethan Rodenberg - 92, 90 = 182

Team - 344, 331 = 675 for 11th place out of 13 teams

Next action for the comes right after spring break as they will be at Eagle Bend Golf Course in Lawrence, Kan. for the Ottawa University Invitational.
