WICHITA, Kan. – The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) is pleased to announce 20 men's tennis student-athletes have been named 2016-17 KCAC Scholar-Athletes.

Bethel College had four student-athletes named KCAC Scholar-Athletes. They are Grant Bellar, Gabe Johnson, Ryan LaCombe, and Tyler Shima.

Seven conference institutions are represented. McPherson College lead the way with five student-athletes recognized. The group consists of nine student-athletes from Kansas, seven seniors, five juniors, and eight sophomores.

Student-athletes must have sophomore standing at the start of the sport season, maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.333 on a 4.0 scale, and letter in their sport.
